Grouting membrane

Grouting film, also known as internal spray type agricultural film, is essentially a new type of anti fog agricultural film. The characteristics of long usage time, more outstanding light transmission performance, longer dripping time, and relatively lower price compared to other anti fog films.
Grouting film is based on the original polyethylene greenhouse film, which is further processed to treat the high-tech defogging agent on the inner surface of the agricultural film. After treatment, the defogging agent tightly adheres to the inner wall of the greenhouse film, forming a protective layer on the inner surface of the greenhouse film. When the moisture inside the greenhouse comes into contact with the inner wall of the greenhouse film, it forms a layer of water film, which then flows down along the slope of the greenhouse due to its own gravity, thus achieving the effect of defogging and dripping. The essential difference from previous greenhouse films is that the defogging agent exists independently outside the greenhouse film, so there is no defogging agent. The precipitation of the dripping agent leads to the failure of the defogging dripping function. The time for defogging and dripping depends entirely on the quality of the defogging and dripping agent and the service life of the agricultural film, which can generally reach more than one year.
